KAHLÚA

Sometimes a small step for design is a giant leap for production. Inches & Millimeters worked with the Brand Union to develop the Kahlúa bottle to be more production friendly. The former bottle, which only had one “touch point”, was unstable in the production line. The bottle was tweaked to increase stability by integrating two “touch points”. The design is virtually the same but the production rate is doubled.

That made the client very happy.
